Here’s a list of upcoming events and experiences you and your mum can join to have fun and make lasting memories.

Flex Studio’s Mother’s Day Special Pilates Classes

Mother's Day Events + Experiences: Pilates

With health ever so important nowadays, it is time to start working on it, and Pilates is the perfect medium to start.  Aside from the physical benefits, pilates also keeps you mentally alert as it requires unbroken and total concentration during the workout!

If you’re looking for places to begin, then Flex Studio may be the place for you and your mum! They are offering an exclusive Mother’s Day Special Pilates class package. For just S$250, your mum is entitled to 4 Reformer Quartets and 1 Free Mat Pilates Class! This is a deal not to be missed, as the classes are originally worth $400—you’re enjoying 38% savings on drop-in rates!

For the Reformer Quartets classes, these classes use an apparatus called the Reformer rather than a mat like the Mat Pilates classes. The Reformer engages every muscle in your body using weight resistance springs, a moving carriage, and other accessories; hence, it helps correct your form and movement patterns!

So, if you’re looking to give your mum a holistic wellness experience, try Flex Studio’s special Pilates package!

Singapore Symphony Orchestra Mother’s Day Concert

Mother's Day Events + Experiences: Singapore Symphony Orchestra

Singapore Symphony Orchestra’s annual Mother’s Day Concert is back, with Music Director Hans Graf conducting the orchestra to make for an unforgettable musical experience!

Soak in the peaceful and picturesque open-air setting of the Singapore Botanic Gardens as you take in the delightful French selection of classical pieces and scenic excerpts from famous operas!

One of the pieces classical music listeners may be familiar with is “The Swan” by French composer Saint-Saëns, a piece written for cello. “The Swan” layers shimmering arpeggios under a song-like melody to portray the legend of the “swan song”, which believes that the swan remains silent until its final moments when it sings its most beautiful song — a visual and auditory experience to behold for Mother’s Day!

Take this opportunity to give your mum a splendid day in nature and music happening on 12 May 2024!
